St. Patrick Lady Saints Pick Up Win at Robertson County
Mt. Olivet, KY – The Saint Patrick Lady Saints went on the road Thursday and picked up their second consecutive win defeating Robertson County 55-42 in a late afternoon game at the Devil Dome.
The Lady Saints placed seven players in the scoring column with Allison Hughes leading the way with 19 points. Senior Justina Klee added 12 while Caroline McKay and Libby Gallenstein contributed eight each.
Robertson County had three players in double figures with Abri Roberts, Molly Hester and Emma Courtney each scoring 11 points for the Lady Devils. The loss dropped Robertson County to 5-8 on the season. They travel to Augusta Friday to take on the Lady Panthers. The two teams met in December with Robertson County winning that one 65-52.
St. Patrick improved their record to 6-4 and return to action Saturday when they take on the Lady Eagles of Fairview. Tipoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. in Ashland.
